Terms of Sale & Use

These terms govern your purchase and use of AccessibleDocs Kit (the "Product") and your use of this website (the "Site"). By purchasing the Product or using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Not legal advice

AccessibleDocs Kit provides document templates and general informational content about web accessibility standards, the EU Accessibility Act (EAA), and US accessibility expectations (including ADA and Section 508 references). It is not legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and is not a substitute for advice from qualified counsel. We recommend legal review of any documents you publish, particularly if you operate in a regulated industry or have received a legal notice.

License tiers

Core ($99)

Grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, edit, and publish the included templates for a single business (one company, one set of branded websites/products). You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates themselves, whether edited or not.

Pro ($249)

Includes everything in Core, plus an agency white-label license: you may edit, rebrand, and deliver the completed documents to an unlimited number of your own clients as part of a paid engagement. You may not resell the raw template files themselves as a standalone product, and you may not claim authorship of the underlying template system.

Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If the kit isn't a fit for you, email support@accessibledocskit.com with your order number and we'll issue a full refund, no forms or justification required. After 14 days, purchases are final, reflecting that this is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment.

Updates

If WCAG, the EAA, or the VPAT format changes materially within 12 months of your purchase, updated templates are made available for re-download at no charge. This is delivered via the same download link as a reactive re-issuance tied to major standard revisions, not a monitoring service, and doesn't guarantee legal compliance with future regulatory changes.

Payment processing

Checkout is handled by our third-party payment processor (Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record, or Stripe if configured as an alternative). Your payment information is processed directly by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy — we do not receive or store your full card details.

Acceptable use of the Site

You may use the free tools on this Site (the accessibility statement generator and EAA checker) for your own business purposes. You may not scrape, republish, or resell the tools' underlying code as a competing product, or use automated means to abuse the Site's infrastructure.

No warranty

The Product and Site are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep template content accurate and current but do not warrant that use of the Product will result in legal compliance with any specific law or regulation in your jurisdiction, or that it is free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing terms

These terms are a general placeholder structure and should be reviewed and finalized with qualified counsel for your specific business entity and jurisdiction before relying on them commercially.
